Alligevel er det ledelsens ansvar, og den vil da ogs\u00e5 kontinuerligt m\u00f8de bes\u00e6tningsmedlemmerne p\u00e5 skibet i mange forskellige slags hum\u00f8r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Krig og parforhold<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Krig, d\u00f8dsfald, d\u00e5rlig \u00f8konomi, skrantende parforhold eller syge familiemedlemmer. Der er meget, s\u00f8farende kan v\u00e6re bekymrede for, n\u00e5r de er til s\u00f8s. Lige nu er mange optaget af krigen i Ukraine. Den p\u00e5virker flere s\u00f8m\u00e6nd &#8211; is\u00e6r p\u00e5 skibe, hvor der b\u00e5de er b\u00e5de russere og ukrainere ombord, fordi der kan v\u00e6re en dyb bekymring for dem derhjemme og usikkerhed om fremtidsudsigterne for den enkeltes tilv\u00e6relse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anna Bergmark er konsulent hos SEA HEALTH &amp; WELFARE, der \u00f8nsker at bidrage til at sikre de s\u00f8farendes velf\u00e6rd og arbejdsmilj\u00f8 om bord p\u00e5 danskflagede skibe:&nbsp; \u201dVi har udarbejdet nogle v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer til at h\u00f8jne den psykiske trivsel ombord.&nbsp; De er til ledelsen, men der er ogs\u00e5 et selvvurderingsskema til medarbejderen med titlen: <em>Hvordan har du det?<\/em> Ledelsen har typisk en id\u00e9 om, hvordan man skal tale med de forskellige ombord.&nbsp; Den kan lade sig inspirere af vores v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j med at observere, om fx nogle er nedtrykte eller har det skidt. Derefter kan man h\u00f8re medarbejderen, om der er noget, man kan g\u00f8re.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hun peger p\u00e5, at de f\u00e6rreste ledere er egentlig uddannet til at h\u00e5ndtere den psykiske trivsel og fx tage en sv\u00e6r samtale, som typisk er mellem en leder og en medarbejder. <br>\u201dDet er vigtigt for sikkerheden, at ledelsen forebygger eller opdager tidligt, hvis en medarbejder har det d\u00e5rligt,\u201d siger hun og tilf\u00f8jer: \u201dRelevant er det, at lederen, som skal tage en sv\u00e6r samtale med en medarbejder, har en god relation til vedkommende. Hvis man ikke har tiltro til den, man taler med, er det sv\u00e6rt, fordi man vil v\u00e6re meget tilbageholdende, selv om leder har gode intentioner.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>S\u00e6rligt ansvar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Folk skal trives, n\u00e5r de er p\u00e5 arbejde til s\u00f8s. Forskning viser, at mennesker, som ikke f\u00f8ler gl\u00e6de og god trivsel, er mindre effektive, har en h\u00f8jere risiko for at blive involveret i arbejdsulykker, og har en h\u00f8jere risiko for at blive syge. \u201dDer er forskel p\u00e5 at arbejde i land og til s\u00f8s, fordi ledelsen ogs\u00e5 har ansvar for bes\u00e6tningen i fritiden, da de befinder sig ombord. N\u00e5r man har det skidt, kan det ogs\u00e5 handle om noget p\u00e5 hjemmefronten, noget personligt. Men det kan v\u00e6re vigtigt at f\u00e5 fortalt, man har det skidt. Man beh\u00f8ver ikke afsl\u00f8re \u00e5rsagen, og det kan v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt at g\u00f8re noget ved. Man kan sige, hvad man f\u00f8ler, men ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis hvorfor. For ledelsen er det afg\u00f8rende, at medarbejderne ikke er til fare for hverken sig selv eller andre ombord. Hvis det handler om noget ombord, skal det l\u00f8ses ombord. Da skal der handles p\u00e5 det. For eksempel kan det v\u00e6re arbejdspres, konflikter med kolleger og mobning, der kan f\u00f8re til, at medarbejderen f\u00f8ler sig isoleret og sat udenfor,\u201d uddyber hun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ved konflikt \u2013 lyt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I forbindelse med en optrapning af en konflikt mellem bes\u00e6tningsmedlemmer foresl\u00e5r Anna Bergmark, at der kommer en fra skibsledelsen og taler med de to parter. F\u00f8rst med dem hver for sig, men bagefter i dialog med ledelsen som mediator. Hun understreger dog, at den metode kun virker, hvis begge parter vil dialogen: \u201dDet er vigtigt at g\u00f8re noget tidligt, da langt det meste mobning ombord er begyndt med ul\u00f8ste personkonflikter.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dDer er ingen tvivl om, at det er ledelsen, der skal tage den sv\u00e6re samtale. Det er v\u00e6sentligt at huske p\u00e5, at en kluntet samtale er bedre end ingen samtale, fordi det viser initiativ, og der er ikke tale om, at man som leder skal behandle a la en psykolog eller lignende. Det vigtigste er <em>at lytte<\/em> til bes\u00e6tningsmedlemmet, som man har dialogen med &#8211; Jeg vil h\u00f8re, hvordan DU har det! Desuden skal man kunne fort\u00e6lle uden at v\u00e6re bange for repressalier efterf\u00f8lgende.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Psykisk trivsel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For at f\u00f8le en optimal psykisk trivsel p\u00e5 jobbet skal man have indflydelse p\u00e5 eget arbejde, man skal opleve det som meningsfyldt, der skal v\u00e6re en forudsigelighed og balance i det. Der skal v\u00e6re en bel\u00f8nning og den rette sociale st\u00f8tte. Er disse faktorer opfyldt, kan man tale om en god psykisk trivsel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dHvis flere oplever d\u00e5rligt arbejdsmilj\u00f8, kan man tage det op i plenum og m\u00e5ske samlet g\u00e5 til ledelsen og foresl\u00e5 \u00e6ndringer eller bruge en sikkerhedsrepr\u00e6sentant, hvis der er en s\u00e5dan ombord. Hvis en medarbejder overhovedet ikke oplever en lydh\u00f8r ledelse, kan man p\u00e5 danskflagede skibe tage kontakt til rederiet eller til SEA HEALCH &amp; WELFARE,\u201d tilf\u00f8jer Anna Bergmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Skab en god ramme om samtalen <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lyt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hav ro og god tid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dialog i fortrolighed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Form\u00e5l at hj\u00e6lpe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hav \u00f8jenkontakt og et \u00e5bent kropssprog<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respekt for hinanden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Langt det meste mobning ombord er begyndt med ul\u00f8ste personkonflikter.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It can be challenging for ship management to recognise mental health issues in crew members and remember to pass on observations to the next person on the bridge when it's shift change day.
