Seafarer missionary Leif Rasmussen took a closer look when he saw the chef's tattoo (see photo) during a visit to a ship: "It was a 3D tattoo, and it was as if the hand of Jesus and the sailor's hand melted together. The most beautiful tattoo I've ever seen," Leif enthuses.

20-year-old Asbjørn Morell is currently studying to become a ship's assistant at Svendborg Maritime School, and he is already looking forward to working when he graduates.

It can be challenging for ship management to recognise mental health issues in crew members and remember to pass on observations to the next person on the bridge when it's shift change day. However, it is the responsibility of the management and they will continuously encounter crew members on the ship in many different moods.
